I was stranded in Vegas with 2 blown tires and in desperate need to get home. I trusted this tire shop with my CLK 500. They had my car for 3 days without doing work on it. I had to spend 3 extra days in a hotel. Evert day I cabbed over, they gave me the run around answers, no transparency with pricing, and then gave me one excuse after the other as to why it still wasn't ready. They took advantage of my desperate situation. The worst part was that they tried to charge me 2500$ for new rims. I thought that was excessive so I had a friend look up the rims online. He came across a set on Craigslist for $500 and when my friend called to express interest.. the seller already had another offer. FROM OMAR AT GOOD YEAR. Omar was going to buy these rims for $500 and charge me $2500 for those same rims. That's $2000 profit in his pocket just on the rims alone. Russ, the manager, did nothing to make the situation any better. I strongly recommend others do their research and find a different shop. This was truly the worst, most unethical customer service I've ever experienced.
