  • It has been close to 3 yrs and I am now following a glowing review of the company and putting the spotlight on Chelle McCarthy of the warranty dept who is a critical dept for the customer.In my 63 yrs of life Chelle is the only one I have ever had the pleasure of hearing or reading her name and I know I will be 100% satisfied every time. The buck stops with her. You will never find a human being more capable or more competent in her job anywhere any company in the USA. She can teach customer service to anyone for she treats her customer with the utmost respect and caring a human being can give. She listens which hardly anyone does now a days. She has a 100% satisfaction rating because 99.9% is not who she is. How blessed I was to find all the people in the company who do a very good job. There can only be one of the best of the best. I am thankful that she is in charge of warranty orders. What a wonderful person to work with and speak to. Look no further than California pools to build your dream. Look no further for the best person in the warranty dept that keeps your experience perfect. Warranty is critical for continued customer happiness. She and she alone would settle for nothing less than her customers 100% happiness. There aren't many people left that will supercede her effort. In 63 years of doing business, Chelle McCarthy is one in a millionThankyou. Tod Antell just had to let you and everyone else know who and what you are. You deserve all the praise!!! And more!!!
