  • I came to Nobu on my literal first night ever in Vegas, and returned recently to discover that if anything, it's only gotten better with time. On this visit we did a five-course chef's tasting menu that featured the signature dishes of the restaurant. My favorites were the delicate, flavorful yellowtail and jalapeno sashimi, crispy rock shrimp (which I devoured, despite not being a big shrimp eater), the restaurant's legendary, comforting and savory miso cod. Our server was passionate and knowledgeable about wine and sake pairings, and the service in general, all across the board, was impeccable. Nobu is a genre-defining restaurant, then and now.
