  • We really liked the fact that you work with one person from the start, to the end we hear. We worked with Conrad, he was nice and personal. He knew what cars had in options and how their features worked. He was not pushy by any means. We looked at a car, saw his numbers and left to think about the purchase. After a few days, we called Conrad and asked if they could get a better interest rate, we liked the car, but the interest is higher than what I pay now and the payment was a little high. He said he would need to pull our credit and speak with some people about the trade and talk with Toyota Finance about the loan. We said okay, we gave him our social security numbers, income info, all the was needed for credit app. He was going to call later when he heard something.... We guess he never heard anything, because he never called again. Not a word, or email or letter, nothing.
