  • I am not sure where the mistake happened, but when I showed up for my nail and eyebrow appointment today I was not scheduled on their books. I should have caught on when I did not receive a confirmation email, but I usually do not notice I get the confirmation emails until I actually receive them. I was really upset, being I am leaving for vacation tomorrow. Karri immediately took me right back for an eyebrow wax and reassured me that I would leave here happy. Karri went above and beyond to make sure I had exceptional service. Genevieve fit me in for a complementary blowout/cut while I waited for Jessica W to fit me in for a gel manicure. I was so unbelievably thankful and appreciative for how all three of these ladies went out of their way to make sure I had an exceptional experience. I am a frequent customer to the salon, and not only do they excel in their services, but also at being genuine and making me feel valued.
