  • More like a 3.75. Not bad at all but could use a little polishing up. Location is 5 star! Right at Old Town Scottsdale with plenty of fun within walking distance. Rooms 3 star. Not bad but missing microwave and no screen on slider. Would have been nice to have night air while sleeping. Spa: Didn't use but pool very pretty and grounds well kept. Front desk. 4 Star. They seemed a little distracted and couldn't explain my bill. I was charged previously and they kinda argued that not. I had to spend some time with CC to confirm I was right. Friendly and all worked out but they should KNOW the billing procedure. Restaurant 4 Star. Super nice staff and an attractive room with nice patio. Prices a bit high. I got Belgian waffles and it was $13 for 3 little 2" in diameter waffles. Maybe 2 strawberries C'mon! Nothing is cheaper than waffle batter! Waitress was 10 stars! Super nice and attentive and brought dog water! Coffee Shop. 1 star. Wasn't opened on time! I'm up at 6:30 when it supposed to open and it was dark. Had breakfast and after 7 was still just getting going. Expensive weak iced coffee. Oh yea dog friendly even restaurant patio! 10 stars! Definitely more than a sum of its parts and despite dinging one star I would not hesitate to revisit or tell friends. 5 stars would be perfect and perfect needs a coffee shop open. Heck Motel 6 has free coffee 24/7!
