  • 0 stars. The only reason I used them is because they are one of the cheaper companies out there and they do a decent job, but it's not worth the hassle anymore. I called today 12/21/17 to see if there were any openings and the guy told me they had something for 2pm. Great, I set it up. Around 12:30 I received a call asking if they could come earlier. I said no that we need to keep the time at 2 because we scheduled my kids' nap around the time they could come. They did this to me last time and they were late so I figured they would be late again, but they assured me they could be there at 2. Sure enough, 2 comes and goes and they aren't there. I called at 2:20 and they told me they are almost there. By 2:50 they still hadn't arrived and I was pissed. I call again and they couldn't give any explanation as to why no one was there yet so I told them to cancel. Not 5 minutes later they showed up at my door and we sent them away. This is not the first time I got jacked around by this company but it is definitely the last. I will never use them again.
