Update. I had to write a letter to the Attorney General of Arizona. In the letter I explained the situation. Shortly after sending the letter, Right Toyota called me. They back tracked big time. The representative apologized and offered me a check for $2000 to make this all go away. I agreed. They sent me a check and I wrote to the Attorney General a second time letting them know that Right Toyota corrected the situation.
After all was said and done, no one should have to go through this. It was a big time hassle. I personally will never go back to Right Toyota for service, vehicles or anything for that matter. I think Right Toyota knows they are creating a disservice to their customers all to make an extra buck.
