| - This location has the poorest customer service; I have ever encountered in my whole life. I went in to get some work done at this location. Had the work started (half of the deep cleaning), but had a family emergency and had to leave the state for 2mths. I can back and I already had the bill from them without even having the work done. I received a call from a guy in the billing Dept by the name of Dan early January asking for payment. I returned the call but a girl named Monica took my call and tried to process my payment via check and told me her system was not accepting my check, so I provided her with my MC debit from the same account. She told me she had processed it and it had gone through, about an hour later Dan called again, and I let him know I had just made the payment and he stated he saw the payment done on his system.
Left the state again due to personal reasons and almost 2 months I see a check and a cc card both had posted the same day and since I only had enough money for one the payment was denied and they had billed my insurance for the full amount without having completing the work. I just return back home this month, called corporate and spoke to Christy who set up a payment plan for me, she connected me to the Durango office to schedule my appointment to get the work done.
After the work was done I went to schedule my next appointment and this woman name Zena who calls herself the regional manager, looks at my account and tells me I had not made a payment. I go over the whole situation with her and asked her to contact Christy at corporate whom I had given my cc and had made a payment plan with, but instead she calls Dan. First thing that come out of this woman's mouth to Dan is "do you see what I see?, she started whispering at him and then she handle the phone to me. I was trying to explain the situation to Dan and letting him know that I had already dealt with Christy and he put me on hold before I could even finish my sentence, so I refuse to keep speaking to . Zena takes the phone and starts talking to Dan and giggling while looking at me, after she hangs the phone off, she Tells me that if I make them pay for the overdrawn fee caused by her employee submitting a check and a cc payment at the same time she was going to add late fee and return fees to my balance. She also she immediately turns the blame to Monica and Christy telling me that they had illegally taken my payment information over the phone which they were not supposed too and starts apologizing after she sees that I had enough and was about to walk away. Zena is an unmannered person who lacks Listing and customer service skill, I am not sure what kind of standard this corporation has but If they were to work for my employer they would had already been promoted to customers.
To make it worse, last week this people run my CC twice again and now I have to wait 5-7 days to get my money. This is the worse dental office I have ever dealt with in my whole live.
