I have never had a good experience at a Hilton Garden Inn but had to stay here for corporate travel. I thought things might be decent this trip because my employer is one of this hotel's biggest customers, but I was definitely wrong. The person who checked me in was clearly focused on other things and put the bill for my stay on my personal credit card when corporate card information had been provided for the reservation. When I checked in, he confirmed that another credit card was on file but asked me to provide my card for "incidentals"- incidentals apparently meaning the whole bill. My travel department has spent hours trying to resolve this issue because this hotel somehow mixed up my reservation with that of someone from Turkey. The hotel has been completely unhelpful resolving the multiple mistakes they made. This hotel is a nightmare.
