  • I have mixed feelings about here because I've visited for hair cuts and cookies many times and I've rarely been disappointed (there was one questionable bang trim from last summer). The stylists themselves are friendly and polite, but the receptionists are either a hit or miss. The last time I went in to see about getting my hair colored I brought up one concern and she called another lady over who started picking up strands of hair and asking "who did this" in a fairly demeaning tone of voice. It was extremely humiliating and I would love to go again for the stylists because they're truly great but I don't want to run into the same scenario again. :(
