| - Worst weave I have EVER had in my ENTIRE life, and I have had countless weaves. I hope I save one desperate girlie.
1. Tatiana is a horrible listener. If you go to her you will NOT get what you asked for no matter how specific or clear you make it. I sent 1 clear picture of the Color I wanted (I've been using the picture for 3 years now and it has NEVER been an issue with my hair stylists). The picture was brown hair...and after I left her shop, I had platinum blonde hair. I saw the hair in the shop and told her it was way to blonde and she told me she didn't want to stray too far from the blonde family. I left the shop blonde and she saw me a week later and supposedly put "Carmel highlights" in to darken the look. The highlights turned red, at this point my hair is a phony strawberry blonde joke of a weave.
2. I had asked for a FULL Frontal. She gave me a closure. She had said she does full frontals, sent me a picture titled "frontal". When I showed up to her shop it was a closure and she told me she didn't know I wanted a frontal and what I wanted is called a "full frontal" and I should have asked for that. Hmm she is not up to trending topics because if you search "#frontal" full frontals show up. She claims to be up to date with the newer styles and trends and she will say this repeated but her work says otherwise and that speaks loud enough. Not to mention the closure just sat on my head, she never cut the net to make it look natural, it was awful and looked like I was rocking a wig from the 80s!
3. The hair was awful!!!! It was supposed to be a deep curl. After she had died my brand new hair 5+ times in one week the closure lost its curl pattern. The hair was dry and shed BAD. The hair tangled and matted and smelled like chemicals, worse than "potato chip" hair. The hair felt like straw from a barn very synthetic and itchy.
4. The worst part about the entire experience is I was never happy with my hair. It was awful. I had followed up with Tatiana and said how unnatural the color looked on me. It was NEVER what I asked for and the hair I purchased from her was by far the worst hair I had ever bought. (Worse than milkyway brand, I'm telling you). Tatiana tried to flip the situation around on me. She said I "requested blonde hair and then changed my mind." I have our entire text conversation to prove the clear color I asked for and the full frontal she stated she was giving me, and never did.
I asked for a refund or some money back or a hair trade because $500 is a lot to pay for something that looks atrocious. Tatiana said absolutely not and this is when she continued to say I was confused about what I wanted in the first place....
Ladies this was truly a nightmare. I work 6 days a week and sadly can not afford to take work off for hair appointments.
Long story short: BAD WEAVE, WORSE QUALITY HAIR, BAD BUSINESS PERSON, WASTE OF MONEY AND TIME
