We stopped here for lunch while shopping in the Forum Shops at Caesar's Palace.
We ordered sushi: salmon, tuna, albacore, unagi, spanish mackerel, kanpachi, yellowtail and special rolls: rock shrimp tempura with jalapeno, spicy scallop roll and a Katana roll. Honestly, there was really nothing that blew me away. The menu items all sounded awesome but when it arrived to the table I was quite disappointed. The portions and cuts of sushi were smaller than I'm used to and the quality of the fish was fair.
Don't get me wrong, the restaurant is beautiful and the service is impeccable. But it you are dropping $150+ for lunch, you should expect the food to be way better.
I should offer up another star for our waiter. I burned my hand on my flat iron that morning and he let me use their burn spray from the kitchen. That was nice of him to do. Thanks!
