| - I am the bane of all AYCE sushi eateries. I eat my money's worth, and then some. Got a time limit? Challenge accepted. My friends can't finish theirs? Don't worry I got you. If all else fails, wrap it in napkins and shove it in your purse. Then order ice cream.
With all the hype around Goyemon, I decided to try it out with a few friends that were in town. We threw down on many sushi rolls that night.
Restaurant is small, good for parties of 2-4 people but it seems that when big groups come in they have trouble managing. Service was a bit slow, but it was to be expected, as it was a full house.
Sushi is good, but that's about all you can say to describe it. Very generic menu that you see at most AYCE places up and down Spring Mountain. Not complaining, but nothing that is really a WOW factor. We ordered about 10 different rolls in all. The waitress stared at me in disbelief, like I'm some sort of human garbage disposal. She's not wrong.
All in all, decent AYCE sushi place, wouldn't go out of my way to come back though, I think there's better places in town.
