  • Bought a groupon for my parents as a Christmas gift. The WORST customer service ever. I'm actually considering never using groupon again only because I'm finding that it's definitely not what it seems. For starters it is NOT IN THE RADISSON HOTEL. It's beside the hotel and there is no parking unless you park underneath the hotel which of course you have to pay $12 for. Secondly if you are late be prepared to forfeit a service. I called in advance and told them we were running late because it was so hard to find but the only thing they said over the phone was that it would take out of the time they were there. Ended up that they had to choose a mani or pedi and not receive both-so now my parents lost out on a service! (We were 20 mins late). Third be prepared to pay $30 extra for a room together as a couple. Lastly be prepared for them to charge tax! Yes that's right after paying $170 let's add $23 worth of tax. I had to argue with the receptionist to NOT charge for the room-had to even speak to the manager over the phone! My parents were so turned off they refused to even go in! They were so tense from the situation that they even wanted to cancel and give me back my money-of course I said no and to try to turn the situation around. However after picking them up to be asked to pay tax on top of the crappy service was the icing on the cake. So in total on top of the $170 it would have been an additional $65. After they went in and did the spa they weren't pleased at all-said the massage felt like someone was lightly touching their back and ironically we sat outside the spa for half an hour to see if they had another client came in after as they claimed-no one came! So basically they took a service away for no reason. As well even though it is beside queen quay you DO NOT GET A VIEW OF THE WATER AS ADVERTISED. Please do yourself a favor and go somewhere with better service. Next time I'll just google and choose somewhere based off great reviews!!! Waste of money!!!
