  • If I could give zero stars, I would. I checked the website ahead of time and drove 30 minutes and waited for 20 minutes before they opened. The website claims that they do walkins for sports physicals from 9 AM till 6 PM Monday through Friday. When I showed up, the receptionist was rude and unhelpful. She was very short with me. She claims that they only see patients after 2 PM and made no apology for the websites in accurate information or any effort to indicate that it will be corrected. Her attitude in the way she spoke to me seriously STUNK...!! I do not recommend going to this clinic. If that's the kind of horrible customer service you get when you walk through the door, I can only imagine how "thorough" and "kind" the doctors will be (NOT!!!!).
