  • The beds and pillows are fantastic. That's the only redeeming quality of this hotel. First off, indoor pool - Genuinely good idea. Not having it staffed with someone to make sure the kids keep the noise down - Worst idea EVER. The entire hotel is built around the indoor pool and waterfall. All the interior rooms face the pool. Meaning I hear screaming kids when I'm trying to sleep. Next up, everything is old. Which is fine, if it worked. 2 outlets in my room don't work. Explain how I am supposed to do my hair if I don't have a bathroom outlet to work with?
