  • Two people worked on pedicure. First a guy who cut my toes rounded then put a used nail file (which is against the law to reuse disposables). I asked for someone else since I wanted toenails cut straight to prevent ingrown nails, and a young girl came and grabbed a used nail block and used pumice scrubber. I told her the law requires that she use new on each client and she did. I doubt that they follow required sterilization protocol. I will never go back. I'm reporting them to the state. Their lack of regard for safety could cause a deadly infection.
