  • This review pertains to the Chapman Pre Owned lot. Bunch of crooks. The car that I purchased from them had an advertised price of $10,000. It did not dawn on me until after I got the car home that they tacked on an additional $1,000 charge because I paid cash ( my bad for not paying enough attention). I've never heard of such a thing. Is this legal? I never saw anything in the add about the price being more if you pay cash. Also, the detail shop broke one of the side mirrors. When I pointed that out, I was told that it was only cosmetic and not to worry about it. I guess at that point they had my check- so,oh well.
