The course is decent, nothing spectacular, but the staff (especially Director of Golf Operations Kevin Adams) needs to learn a lot about customer service. I just finished playing there (for the last time), and putting on the greens was akin to putting on a beach. The greens had just been punched, and were full of sand. I should have been told this when I called to reserve a tee time. When I made Kevin Adams aware of my disappointment, he told me that the greens were fine. If this is his definition of good greens, I'd hate to see what they are when he thinks that they're not in good shape. For what they charge (especially for locals), there are plenty of other courses in this town that are in good shape, and where they actually value your business. Adios Red Rock...you'll never see me or my golfing buddies again.
