  • MONEY HUNGRY!!!!! Pinnacle was supposed to be better management but they are worse. They will do everything possible to get as much money as possible except make it a comfortable living space. They even towed my car to another parking space for no reason except to get money. I would give no stars if possible the management never fills out work orders and maintenance doesn't want to fix anything ever, emergency maintenance is unavailable. Mold, rusty faucets and broken heating and cooling they won't replace. Maintenance punched power outlet and said "it's fixed" the air conditioning unit "drains" into the bathtub. Bath in green mystery water anyone?? The air also "drains" into the floor and upgrades where never done. Pigeons and their poop, spiders, water bugs, roaches and more dogs wonder around without owners homeless people wondering around all day and night
