My experience with Express Flooring was not a positive one. I called to schedule an estimate, and a customer service representative, Danny proceeded to ask me a lot of personal questions before scheduling an appointment. It appeared that he was reading from a "script". I did interrupt him at one point to let him know that I was the decision maker, and would be the person at the appointment. He then told me that my husband had to be at the appointment.......I told him that he was too busy with work and is not interested in any decisions on flooring. Danny then said he could NOT schedule the appointment, due to my husband's absence. I then asked to speak with the supervisor to give some constructive feedback.....and spoke with Christina, who sounded very young and inexperienced with customer challenges. I then told her I would write a review on Yelp of my experience and follow up with a letter to their corporate office. She cheerfully told me, okay. Something about the unwillingness, and lack of a "take charge attitude" of both employees tells me that this Company might not be on the up and up. You might want to be careful before using this Company.
