  • Bought a Shoei Helmet thru this location back in January, I was debating between a small & x-small, I was needing to have them order it since it was a newer model and they do not carry open face helmets. I was also told not to worry that if what was ordered did not fit they would send it back and get the correct size. Well when it finally did come in, of course the small seemed too big and I thought I needed the x-small the girl at the counter Cheyenne was telling me to try it out for a few days and if I still felt the same way, I could get a x-small, I took it home leaving all the original tags on it in case I needed to bring it back to exchange and I had tried it on a couple more times and went to another shop where they had the same helmet in a x-small and tried it on and that confirmed that I needed a x-small size. I brought it back and informed the girl at location Cheyenne that I wanted to go ahead and exchange it for a x-small, next thing I know shes making a stink about taking it back even though it was never worn outside riding or even the tags or stickers taken off. Shes going on about needing the Mgr to approve it. I leave the helmet in the box with her at location, I hear back from Mgr and hes him hawing about but says ok he will send it back and order a x-small. Next thing I know I get another call from Mgr who has a idea and wants to order new pads for the helmet since the shell is same size as a x-small and just exchange them. But he wants me to help pay for the pads, which I told him NO, I already paid for the helmet and I wanted to get the correct size why should I pay now for pads. So he finally decides to go ahead and order them, which it took well over a month to get just the top insert not even the cheek pads which I was told they ordered and I would still get, well its now April and I have yet to receive the proper cheek pads and I know I never will. I have never heard of a shop that does not exchange helmets especially when they aren't worn or tags removed. Every place I have ever been even will exchange after a month of wearing them. I will never do any business with this company again. Helmets, Bikes, nothing...
