  • Hmmm. Not how I remembered the chain. Service seemed uninterested until they realized we were there for the full menu and not just happy hour. Appetizer was the burrata cheese. Not good. Medium rare rib eye was closer to medium and average quality. The lady had scallops/shrimp dish. Scallops were above average, but the shrimp was rancid. Compliments to how they handled the situation. Good apology, empathy and they took it off the bill. Can't hang as a steak house in this city (or any) if this is their best service. Dominicks beats it in every aspect.
