  • They've done it again! Simple Electric is simply marvelous. They installed a couple of ceiling fans on our outdoor patio a year and a half ago. Just a month past our warranty, the darn blades stop spinning. Simple Electric came out and the boss waived any fee because just one month past the warranty. Then just recently, the blades on one of these fans stopped working again...clearly these fans are faulty. Simple Electric came out today, the boss extended our warranty and charged us $0. That's right, we got an invoice emailed to us for $0 dollars. You don't find that kind of business model around much. Kudos to Simple Electric who will be our "go-to" company for all of our electrical needs. We are moving into a new house and Simple Electric will get all of the work.
