I only had 3 sessions here but all three were ridiculous. You check in and if you're lucky you can find a cubby to put your things in. You speak to your PT for about 10 minutes max then you're sent off to do some exercises. Unfortunately you're amongst 40 other people trying to do the same. I literally had to step over other people to get around the tiny facility only to have to stand around waiting for a free space and equipment to use. The PT assistants seem to socialize rather than help out. It seems to me they're only interested in collecting money or else they wouldn't over book the therapists. Personal care/treatment is nonexistent here. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere if you want true healing and therapy.
