I am sad to share this review. My wife and I purchased a used Lexus hybrid from Liberty Buick. We absolutely love the car and how it has changed our life with regards to better fuel mileage and the safety amenities. With our purchase we got our first oil change for free. I am sure this is their way of getting you to come back and have a second source of revenue. We were ok with this and in hopes of using their services for our standard maintenance on an ongoing bases. My wife scheduled her appointment and arrived 15 minutes early. All seemed well ... after two yes two hours they indicated to her that they were just "wrapping" up the service. Not sure how an oil change takes two hours. From personal experience and using other services ie Jiffy Lube it is a 45 minute procedure. She got her car back and the check oil light was on. She was late to pick up our kids so could not turn around to get his resolved same day. She called her maintenance contact and got the run around on how to solve this indicator light for 5 hours ... ALL DAY! They did not return calls. They would transfer her to a hold line and play music for upward of 30 minutes before disconnecting. When she finally was able to talk to alive person ... I am using alive loosely here, they said, they can't help her and that she needed to take her car to the place she bought the car! LOL! I am ashamed to have purchased and spent my hard earned money at this POT LOT. I encourage anyone in the market place for a car and any sort of maintenance to NEVER go here. Customer service is a ZERO and their professionalism is that of a wild animal ... sorry to the wild animals for having to bring you into this review. DON'T GO HERE!
