For the car wash on camelback and 18th st
As many people have stated below, the wait could improve, yet you must remember some of us are getting a full car service all in ONE..I usually don't post reviews because I feel that one experience shouldn't really matter, however mine started horrible yet the manager at the interior and servicing was able to switch that around...
After being told by the sales person at the beginning that my overall stay there would only be about a 2 hour wait I then proceeded to leave to get some shopping done..when I came back after about 2 hours..I asked for an estimated time..was told there was 4 cars ahead of mine (45min per car) and once my car started to get worked on it would take another two hours...in which I completely APPRECIATED the honesty. I then decided to move my date of service as that was an option, however my car was way too messy on the inside and the nice manager who didn't argue with my complaint worked on my car HIMSELF. That shows ALOT...maybe they should pay their managers and employees MORE.
As a corporation you must remember your employees work as hard as you pay them and as hard as their energies allow them. Don't bitch and complain to your employees if you are NOT DOING your share as a corporation!!
I'm only giving you guys a 4 star because of your interior servicing manager who was very nice and showed he cared to get me back as a customer. I do feel embarrassed and apologized to him for acting like a bitch, however my time, your time, everyone's time is valuable.
