  • Del Frisco's on Paradise is the best steakhouse in Las Vegas, and it is my favorite restaurant in Las Vegas. The steaks are delicious, and always cooked perfectly, and all of the side dishes are excellent. I always order the Del's house salad, and the bacon that comes with the salad is the best bacon that I have ever eaten. The creamed spinach is superb. The ambiance is quintessential steakhouse: beautiful wood panelling, fresh flowers near the bar, and a classy singer playing the piano in the bar. A special treat is to sit in the wine room when you have a large party. The service is always outstanding: Tricia is the best bartender and server in Las Vegas, in my opinion. Tricia remembers everyone's name, and is very friendly and helpful. Gavin is also an excellent bartender. Marissa at the host's desk always greets me with a smile and is friendly and helpful. I am a local, and I always choose Del Frisco's when I want the best steak dinner in town served by the most wonderful and best servers in Las Vegas and in the best steakhouse atmosphere anywhere.
