  • I found out about Sapphire Creek through a friend that works as a wine distributer. I just recently got engaged and thought this venue would be amazing to check out. I was so excited and has been looking at all of their posted pictures on Facebook and their website anxiously awaiting my scheduled viewing. I came to tour Sapphire Creek the day before their grand opening. The venue was beautiful, but very unfinished. I waited 10 minutes until someone realized I was waiting. The lady I spoke with told me multiple times that she "doesn't normally do this" and the girl who is the wedding coordinator was not there and she was filling in. Every time I asked a question she stated that she didn't know and to look in the brochure that was emailed to me. She was in quite a hurry, she never sat down and talked to my mom and I. She hurried us through the building and we were in and out in less than 15 min. She was certainly not what I was expecting and was extremely disappointed in the way I was treated. Apparently I was not worth her time. Beautiful venue, but was not he customer service I expected. Booked at Gervasi Vineyard. Where they have been nothing but wonderful. I will go back and try their wine and food, but I don't have high hopes at the service and doubt they will measure up to Gervasi even on their best day.
