  • Hi everyone. I came for propane like I have at several Uhaul facilities in the valley and was completely turned off by the people that work here. The "propane guy" (apparently there is only one person here that handles that sort of thing) was helping another customer who and I totally understand that but the other employees here are unhelpful, unempowered have very little tact. There are literally 5 employees here and 2 customers. One guy is driving the rental vehicles around the lot like an idiot and in my opinion it's unsafe and bad for business. I never take the time to write bad reviews but this place made feel inclined to do so. Update : 20 minutes later ... Michael finally came out to help. He walked straight to my propane tanks and began to fill my tanks without even acknowledging my existance. I was less than 4 feet away. I asked if he was the manager. He said.... No Well I can tell you this didn't help me feel any better. Good luck people of Scottsdale. Btw there is a Ryder Store less than 1/2 a mile away. It's on Raintree Dr. Btw when Michael was done he asked how I was paying and walked into the office. No offer to load no conversation of any kind.
