  • We discovered Cogburn on the Internet as we were very afraid we were going to get a deficiency judgment on our short sale or foreclosure and needed representation. What a lucky thing that we found them. Being out of state, everything was transacted by phone or e-mail. It couldn't have been easier. Other than the nominal $$ we paid Cogburn to access our credit history, we did not have to spend another penny out of pocket and the short sale was completed with their help every step of the way. Their entire staff was courteous and professional and we would recommend using them if you are contemplating any short sale or foreclosure.
