| - Bought my Honda CR-V from here back in 2006.and haven't regretted it. Showcase service and personnel top notch with amenities such as free shuttle service, which helps compensate at least a little for comparatively high dealer costs on major maintenance and repairs. There's obviously a high overhead to maintaining a facility of this size with all the equipment, tools, parts, and specialized personnel, but if you believe in and can afford to get it done right the first time, paying the price may be worth it if you haven't found a reliable mechanic elsewhere.
I remain satisfied with my purchase experience and all service that I have had performed here, though have just plain not been able to afford the high dealer cost on a number of occasions. Comfortable waiting area with multiple TVs (at comfortable volume levels), free coffee, water, grocery doughnuts & pastries, and free Wi-Fi.
