  • I am rating Chocolate Bar only on dessert. I got the carrot cake, which was shameful. It tasted old and refrigerated, and was insanely overpriced (even though I would not have paid $1 for it.) While there may be other qualities to this establishment than desserts, it seems that the name implies good dessert. Which I didn't experience.
