Worst joke of a service dept I have ever dealt with. My car has been in there four times and each time they have it for three days before calling back to tell me what they diagnosed it with. Thank god I have a warranty except that they used the wrong parts for my rack and pinion steering, had to take it back, they fixed that, then the next day the car was dead and they said it was the battery which didn't make sense as it was brand new. They put another battery in it. Dead again leaving me
Stranded two days later. I said plead this is. It the battery. Then they decided after another three days it was the alternator. They replaced that this time all while I am
Paying warranty copays each time I bring it in. I asked them to please check it for an electrical drain as I thought it might be a drain due to the Bluetooth not functioning. Nope it's the alternator they said. Well I parked my car in the garage and didn't drive it for two days and it is dead again! The service manager is afraid of customers and doesn't have any sense of urgency whatever. They have ripped of myself and my warranty company. I was told by friends recently, "oh never go there for service. The place is a disaster since Bud the old owner died" After having such great service at Lexus for so many years, I am out on Acura. I will be selling my Acura and going back to Lexus.
