rev:text	My wife and daughter stayed at this hotel last weekend while visiting ASU. The stay was very good until my wife accidentally left her $300 worth of makeup accessories in the room. She called once she realized, was transferred to housekeeping and has yet to hear back from anyone, even though the voice message said that your call will be returned in 24hrs. I called as well and got the same voice message. Is this the practice of Double Tree??
