  • PUBLIC NOTICE ALERT: My apologies in advance to whoever reads this review. I was on a sugar high when I wrote it....sue me. ;) -------------------------------------- 5 stars all day long!!! If you don't give this little gelato shop (with attached grocer) 5 stars there is seriously something wrong. The owners and workers there have always been courtesy even during busy times. If you have questions they're more than happy to answer them. I don't live nearby anymore and miss this place; so try and stop in whenever I am in the neighborhood. The pairing tonight was whiskey cream and pumpkin pie and it did not disappoint. Of course, most flavors contain dairy but you can check the board to see which ones are dairy free, etc. On my ride home I almost forgot about my cannoli, but I can assure you that will never happen again!! Next time I will go back in particular for that little piece of heaven. You could tell it was fresh because the shell was still so so crunchy and the pistachios tasted almost like a brittle along with the standard powdered sugar and just before handing me my little box o' goodness the girl says, "Would you like caramel and chocolate sauce?" o.O Ooooohhhh :) My response, "Really??? Yes and yes please and thank you!" And btw I shamelessly licked every bit of that sauce off the container.....just barely stopped myself from eating the styrofoam hahahahaaaa!!!! ...YAAAAAAASSSSSSSSS HONEY IT WAS THAT GOOD! Anywho (as Stewie says) make sure you give Dolce Vida a try when you're in the area. You won't regret it. TRUST! WORD! HALLELUJAH! and AMEN!
