  • I recently purchased a Groupon for Lotus Salon so I got a mani/pedi. The girl that did my mani/pedi was nice. The salon itself was just ok. The pedi chairs are standard massage chairs. My manicure was nice. My pedicure definately could have been better. My issue was the polish. By the next morning my polish was chipping on my hands and by the second day my polish was chipping on my toes. I get mani/pedi's at least once a month at another salon and have never experienced polish chipping so fast. I did purchase a bottle of the color because I really liked it. The polish I purchased didn't chip nearly as quick. Makes me think they thin out the polish at the salon. Overall, I wouldn't go back and I wouldn't recommend it to friends. The price without the Groupon was expensive for a generic mani/pedi in a small suburb that's a drive from Madison.
