  • I have never had a terrible salon experience except for Salon Charme - The owner of the store is also a hairdresser if you can call her that. I went to have my hair styled before a formal event and asked her to trim about an inch and she hacked off almost 5. The cut was completely crooked and when I asked her to straighten my hair she did so while it was wet and told me I was finished. Needless to say it dried curly and she still asked me to pay the full amount. It was one of the worst experiences of my life. She also arranged an appointment for my friend and when she showed up, the owner told her she did not have time for her and asked her to leave. DO NOT COME HERE!
