  • I bought a new house recently that came with zero window treatments. In the past I have used specialty companies for window treatments instead of big box stores and decided to do the same for his house. I found the reviews of Gotcha Covered and since they sounded good, called the store and left a message. Stacey gave me a call back and set up an appointment to come to my house. She is very friendly and professional and provides plenty of books with samples. She gave me some good recommendations and now I have very beautiful cellular shades on my windows. The brand of shades that I got is Graber. The delivery and installation was prompt. I out in a total of three orders spread out over a couple of months. Some of the orders came in very fast, in like a week, and Stacey could get an installer scheduled quick. I had three different installation guys and they were all prompt, professional and friendly. Although I didn't do any price shopping or price comparisons, the prices were very reasonable compared to what I have paid in the past. I'd definitely use this company again.
