  • My boyfriend and I went to the O for a Saturday lunch. It was fairly busy and the thing that stood out the most was how miserable each employee was. I witnessed employees talking rudely to each other and customers, eye rolls included. To me, the ambiance of a place is just as important as the food. I don't see the charm in rushing your customers to order. There is a counter to order hot dogs and then a separate counter for sandwiches and fries, so it's hard to time your food if you're getting different things. My boyfriend's hot dog was ready at least 8-10 minutes before my burger and fries. He said it was one of the best hot dogs he's ever had, while I was not nearly as impressed with my burger. Overpriced and overcooked beef with an overcooked egg was very disappointing. The best part of the meal was the fries, they were delicious!!! Although the sign about being charged for any extra ketchup requested just added to the unfriendly vibe of the place. I'd try it again late night when nothing better is open.
