  • This place is a scam! I can not believe that what they are doing isn't against the law. They totally got me! Bait and switch. They took my down payment, put me in a loaner car until the car that I had only seen pictures of was ready for me to take home, made me wait a week before I could get my car, only to discover that the car was a piece of crap! The rear view mirror was busted out, it was covered in burn holes and smelt disgusting, the tail lights didn't work, etc. After I told them I was not taking that car because it was not even close to what I signed for and was promised, they gave me another loaner, made me wait another week and found me a better car. But now, this car was an additional $150 every other week AND they took $300 of my deposit and said it was for document preparation after the sales associate, JOE, told me that it would transfer over to the new car. Anyway, this company prays on vulnerable people and completely robs them. They wouldn't even honor the warrantee I was under to fix my brakes which were grinding 2 weeks after I had the car. I ended up paying $450 every other week 3 times and then when they said they wanted $480 for the next payment, I took them the car back and said "I'm done!" Now they are suing me for breaking my contract. Even after they pulled a bait and switch on me. I really don't like to project negativity towards anyone or anything but this company makes me wonder how on earth they must sleep at night being such crooks. I wouldn't recommend EZ Auto Source to my worst enemy.
