  • No business ethics, and will downright lie to you to your face. Went in with my wife to buy a car. Agreed to a price (no trade), and down payment to finance. Told the saleman specifically, 1. No alarm 2. No service agreement 3. No Gap insurance. He agreed. Went in to sign the docs with my wife and sat down with the finance guy. Before we started I clarified, 1. No alarm 2. No service agreement 3. No Gap insurance. He said ok. Then he showed us the already printed out finance contract, and the vehicle price was several thousand dollars higher. The alarm and service agreement was already added in. This started an unfortunately lengthy conversation about the alarm, where he ignored my initial wish to 1. No alarm 2. No service agreement 3. No Gap insurance. After 15 minutes he finally agreed to reprint the finance agreement and remove the alarm cost. He then proceeded to try and sell us service agreement. I asked him if he was even listening to me. He looks at my wife and says, "I can't believe this guy!" I know.....WOW! At this point, I felt it best I bow out, and let my wife finish. As I stood up, to leave the room, I stated to the finance guy.....1. No alarm 2. No service agreement 3. No Gap insurance. He looked at me and agreed. After 20 minutes my wife came out with the finance guy and said "everything is signed". As we prepared to drive off, the salesman, sales manager and finance guy came over and apologized for the confusion. The finance guy even shook my hand and apologized for his behavior. Here's the amazing part........we get home (it's 10:00pm) and I take a look at the finance/purchase agreements. The alarm has been added back in, along with the service agreement being added. I ask my wife, and she says she specifically asked him before signing if "all of the items my husband asked to be excluded were in fact excluded", and she was told by the same finance guy, "yes". Long story short, we went back in the morning at opening and the finance manager removed all of the items, and apologized. Do not trust these people.
