I wasn't staying at the Luxor. I could not find one sign from the lobby telling me where the spa was located, nor did anyone give me directions when I called to schedule the appointment. I finally used an emergency phone in the lobby to get directions from an operator. I find the spa finally and the check in person tells me I've lost 15 minutes of my appointment because I was late. She didn't really care, but did seem to know that there were no directional signs. I was so upset, I was close to tears. I was taken back, given my locker and robe and my massage therapist came for me. She was wonderful! The massage itself was wonderful ( Swedish massage), the ambiance in the room was so nice and calming. Afterwards, I used the showers, which were wonderful. They supplied everything from shampoo and conditioner to blow dryers and q-tips. I then had some pineapple juice and relaxed in the sitting are. Very nice place and worth the money. Just not impressed with the lack of signs for directions and the front desk/check in person.
