  • Cash only.! ATM across the street. Compared to Phoenix (hometown), their pho was alright. Nothing to write home about. Prices were average. Service was good. The spring rolls were good, but again, I had much better. It's definitely not the greatest pho restaurant, but with only a few options in Pittsburgh, this wasn't too bad. The service was friendly. Hot tea was nice especially on a colder day. Food portion could be better. Probably will come back when I'm in the city. I just don't like the cash only rule.
