  • I've been looking for a nail boutique since I moved to Charlotte. Here's my rundown Overall Ambiance - 4 stars It's really nice, pretty and clean Service - I received a pedicure and a gel manicure. -Pedicure - 3.5- 4 stars. -Gel Manicure - 1 star. Disappointingly, my gel mani started chipping within one week. I thought I was in good hands considering my tech showed me hers and her gel mani was still standing after 2 weeks. Attention to Customer -3 stars. I'm not usually picky, but when I go to a 'higher' end salon I expect a few things....like to ask to take my coat, or to get me some water or a glass of wine (since they have a bar). I wasn't offered or asked for either. -My manicurist did a good enough job and was entertaining Would I go back? No. I'm still on the hunt for the perfect place that is clean, has stellar customer care, and mani's that last longer.
