  • Made an appointment 2 weeks in advance for 10AM the Saturday before Easter for my wife. When we entered the salon and mentioned the 10AM appointment we were told we would have to reschedule for another day because she had a bunch of people before us. I mentioned that we took time off from work and paid for a child sitter for our kids. The employee just smiled and said we had to reschedule. I stopped my wife and told her it would be a cold day in hell before we make another appointment for them to not honor. We are a mixed race couple and the girl shook her head and frowned as we walked into the shop so I wonder if it's just that she just didn't like what she saw. I do not recommend this place. This place screwed up our holiday and cost me a lot of money.
