  • Person who handles referrals is highly incompetent. It's been a month since doctor wrote referral for me to see a specialist. I've called twice but still no referral. This has happened in the past and is not a one time thing. It's like pulling teeth to get this person to do her job. As per my previous review - doctors are good but administrative staff; not so much.
