  • I brought my car in for an oil change and smog check. The oil was changed and the smog passed fine, however, they literally took my car to pieces to show me how bad my filters and various car parts were. I did sign for an inspection, not a total strip down! It was a complete waste of time and the guy felt annoyed that he had to put it all back! Secondly, Purrfect Auto Service is offering discounts on services for 5 star reviews. Lastly, there is a chubby/plump/large guy working here that is VERY RUDE to it's customers. He back chats, talks about them loudly and it's down right unprofessional. He should be sacked! I saw another review left by somebody here, probably the same guy! AWFUL!
