  • I read the reviews on here and was very hesitant about going here, but I have two dogs and there's not many places around here that will rent to me, so I tried anyways. I will be 100% transparent about my experience. First off I have a felony DUI from 2010 that follows me around. Their paperwork says "Do you have a felony for violence, drug, sex related crimes?" I said No. I explained this to them. THEY WILL DENY YOU IF YOU HAVE ANY FELONY AT ALL. Don't bother if you have one. They denied me but my roommate was fine. He went back and tried to get a place by himself since they told him he was approved, then they denied him. These people are Application Fee Farmers. They are crooks and I am very dissatisfied with my experience here. I will say that the office girls are nice and friendly and I don't believe it is their fault, but the company and managers are bad people in my opinion. Getting enough money to move is hard enough without shady people hitting you for nonrefundable app fees then denying you for requirements that are completely unclear. If you have perfect credit, no criminal background and great rental history you should have no problem. If you have all that though I would imagine you have way more options available than this place.
